DS8507 is a high-performance thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive film designed for versatile bonding applications. Supported by a release paper liner, this TPU-based film can be repeatedly heated and re-plasticized, offering stable processing performance during lamination.
Featuring strong adhesion to a wide range of materials—including textiles, TPU, PVC, and synthetic fabrics—DS8507 delivers reliable bonding strength for both flexible and rigid substrates.
The adhesive film provides a soft hand-feel, excellent elasticity, and outstanding resilience, making it suitable for applications that require comfort and durability. It also offers superior cold resistance, maintaining flexibility and bonding integrity even in low-temperature environments.
