DS220 DTF Powder is widely used in:

1. Film Preparation: Load DTF film into printer (available in Double-sided or Single-sided variants)
   • Single-sided film: Matte side is printing surface, glossy side is non-printing
   • Double-sided film: Printing surface coating can be peeled off, other side cannot
2. Printing: Print desired image onto DTF film surface
3. Powder Application: Apply DTF powder onto printed side (manual shaking or automated methods)
4. Curing: Place in oven at approximately 95°C for 2-3 minutes
5. Heat Transfer: Use heat press machine at approximately 165°C for 6-8 seconds
